Real estate management assistant (m/f/d)
Apartment ownership and own properties – part-time or full-time
INTERESTING & STRUCTURED – YOUR TASKS
- Administration, assistance and support for the property manager
- Preparation of rental documents
- Independent correspondence and telephone customer contact
- Organizing repairs and cases of damage
- Data maintenance
- Contact person for our owners and tenants
YOUR COMPETENCES
- Experience in real estate management
- Friendly, customer-oriented demeanor
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Knowledge of accounting is an advantage

- Part-time employment (from 25 hours per week) or full-time employment (40 hours per week) with flexitime agreements and a short Friday
- Annual gross salary based on full-time employment € 32,000.00
- Willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications and experience
