4 buildings are already towering
The first buildings at the meeting point Ulrich-Lichtenstein-Gasse and Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße are already towering.
The shell of Johann, which is located in the quiet courtyard of Ost., surrounded by the remaining residential buildings, was completed to the 6th floor. The 4 upper floors of the northern part of Conrad can be seen along the Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße. At the moment, work is being carried out on the first floor of the Bertha and Ulrich building.
Modern and with a clear structure, the 21 apartments on 4 floors in the building Bertha, which is created in the heart of the residential district, are a real eye-catcher. Ulrich is built in the first row of the Bertha von Suttner Platz and appeals to people who want a lot at once: pulsating events, in addition to a cozy break on their own balcony or in the garden.
