Handover Ost. Wohnen am Stadttor
Completion is completed
The project “Ost. Wohnen am Stadttor” was completed on schedule after almost two years of construction and will now be handed over to the owners. We celebrated the successful completion of the project together with our project partner 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG, the Graz Mayor Siegfried Nagl, the construction company PORR and numerous other project partners.
Completion and handover of 210 condominiums and commercial space
At the meeting point of the two districts Jakomini and Liebenau on an area of about 1 hectare the special project “Ost. Wohnen am Stadttor” was realized: A timeless, modern construction with five buildings, which will be a home for numerous owners and tenants. In addition, attractive jobs are being created on the commercial space on the ground floor.
Satisfied customers and scheduled completion
The success story of “Ost. Wohnen am Stadttor” began in 2010 with the purchase of the property. After intensive planning and tendering of the project in an architectural competition, which the architectural firm Scherr & Fürnschuss Architekten ZT GmbH won, the ground-breaking ceremony was celebrated in autumn 2017 and construction began.
With the sale of the property for the building Conrad on Conrad-von-Hötzendorf-Straße to the GRAWE real estate group, another strong project partner was won. The cooperation with the retailer Lidl, which will open the largest branch in Styria on the ground floor with a total area of over 2,000 m², represents another important milestone of the project.
Also the sales progress of the condominiums speaks for the enormous success of the project. Almost all of the 210 apartments in the four building blocks are already taken, and the rental of investment apartments is also extremely satisfactory. The handover of the apartments to the owners and tenants will start this week.
