In Heinrichstraße, directly opposite the KF-Uni Graz in the popular residential area Geidorf in Graz, the stylish first-time flats were handed over to the tenants at the end of October after a construction period of almost 1.5 years.
The 48 apartments have 1 to 3 rooms and score points with optimized and well thought-out room concepts, which are perfect for singles as well as for shared flats. The sunny balconies and terraces face away from the road and benefit from an ideal west exposure.

All apartments have a modern equipment with underfloor heating, high quality floors and sanitary facilities. The tenants have the opportunity to rent their own underground parking space.
We are pleased that at the time of completion all apartments were rented and wish the residents much joy with their new home.
