Start of construction of rental apartments near the TU
In the central district Jakomini, the traditional ground-breaking ceremony for our next residential project VENTA Living Hafnerriegel took place on Friday. The start of construction on Hafnerriegel was celebrated together with representatives of the construction company Strabag.
By the beginning of 2021, 33 rental apartments on 5 floors will be developed. The apartments offer different room concepts on a living space starting with approx. 33 m². The rental apartments have balconies or terraces, also parking space and cellar compartments are available. The new residential project not only offers the opportunity to move into a modern, optimally designed apartment and to feel comfortable in a great ambience, but also to find a home in the new residential building.
Modern rental apartments with high quality equipment
In the new residential area on Hafnerriegel, rental apartments from 33 m² with pretty, well-designed kitchens are available. All rental apartments have modern equipment with underfloor heating, high quality floors and sanitary facilities. The stylish rental apartments will offer future tenants a new home to relax in and will be a lot of fun in every respect.
Living in a central inner city location close to the TU
The central city location of the residential building is an additional advantage that future tenants will benefit from. The project is located in the middle of the urban district Jakomini. Shops, numerous cafés and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. In just 5 minutes you can reach the Technical University Campus Neue Technik and tram and bus stops. The city center of Graz is only a 10-minute walk away. The rental apartments can be occupied from the beginning of 2021.
