Start of construction near the university
In the popular residential district of Geidorf, the traditional ground-breaking ceremony for our next housing project took place on Tuesday morning. Together with representatives of the construction company Sterlinger & Co Baugesellschaft m.b.H. the start of construction was celebrated in Heinrichstraße.
By autumn 2019, around 50 rental apartments on 4 floors will be developed on a plot area of 2,065 m². The apartments offer on a floor space from about 30 m² different room concepts. All apartments have gardens, balconies or terraces and parking space, as well as basement compartments are also available. The new housing project not only offers the opportunity to move into a modern, optimally designed apartment and to feel comfortable in a great ambience, but rather to find a home in the new residential building.
A very special home next to the KF University
In the new residential building in the Heinrichstraße are rental apartments from 30 m² with pretty thoughtful kitchens and modern bathrooms available. Take a close look at the apartments which are located in the district Geidorf. Living in a central city center location
The central city location of the residential building is an added advantage that will benefit future tenants. The project is located opposite the Karl Franzens University. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, numerous cafes and restaurants. The city center of Graz is only a 10-minute walk away, and public transport connections are also ideal: the bus stop on line 58 is in front of the building, and there are stops on lines 30, 31, 39, 41 and 63 within a 5-minute walk.
